Topics to be covered include: Sole proprieter vs LLC vs Corporation - pros and cons and who each type of structure is right for, Bylaws and Operating Agreements, Should you consider a client contract?, Liability, and Trademark applications. 7/14 7-10pm. eHarmommy: Mommy Speed Dating. Come out to this amazing "speed dating" event, geared to help Moms meet other Mom-friends. Wine and chocolate provided!
