In our main room, nido has 2 large tables that comfortably seat 6-8 people each. Our conference room provides seating for an additional 6-8 people. If you are doing a workshop or presentation that does not require tables, the tables can be moved and we can provide seating for 30-35 people in the main room. 

Our rates are as follows:

 

Non-members

$50/hour (includes access to coworking space, use of coffee maker)

add childcare for an additional $7/hour/child (minimum $28/hr) - we can accommodate up to 10 children for events. Childcare must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the event. 

 

Members -

Members are asked to host or help plan one community event per year. Nido provides childcare, if needed, for this event. Members are welcome to host additional workshops, Q&As, and events that are related to the interests of the nido community. We also welcome networking events, happy hours, and social events for parents and families. We do not take reservations for private parties such as birthdays.

Rates for these additional events are as follows: 

space rental - free for single events, 3 hours maximum. Negotiated discounted rate for repeat or longer events. Includes access to coworking space, use of coffee maker. Member is responsible for setting up beforehand and cleaning afterwards. Nido staff will help as much as possible. If a member is unable to do set up or clean up, he or she can pay a $50 cleaning fee.
